Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 399dt ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 399dt website and all services offered at https://399dt.bet. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

399dt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 399dt platform, including visitors, registered members, and players from Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 399dt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You may hold only one personal account on 399dt at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes.

399dt complies with KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. We may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any stage to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

399dt accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Support for Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking and Upay may be available — check the platform for the latest list.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 399dt:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined on the platform and subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit (source matching).
• Processing times vary by method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours under normal conditions.
• Any bonus wagering requirement (রোলওভার) must be fully met before a withdrawal can be requested.

399dt reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending identity verification or fraud review. Any suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account funds may be frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

399dt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions — including special offers during BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other key occasions for our Bangladeshi community. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific wagering requirement (রোলওভার) and expiry date, published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to any account other than the one for which they were issued.
• 399dt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of bonus schemes — including placing hedging bets or using multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 399dt platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting known software bugs or glitches for financial gain.

399dt employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant authorities. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided and the relevant account balance forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399dt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

399dt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Account Termination

You may close your 399dt account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance net of pending withdrawals and settled bonuses will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

399dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — where there is evidence of fraud, breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour toward staff, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or its users. In such cases, any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld.

Amendments to These Terms

399dt may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your binding acceptance.
